Rates & Insurance

Rates

• $125 for 80 minute intake/initial session
• $100 for 50 minute session
• Please reference the page under Get Started for information regarding your right to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE).

Insurance

• Anchor of Hope Counseling is considered an out-of-network provider for insurance purposes. Clients are responsible for contacting their insurance carrier to determine if they are eligible for reimbursement. Anchor of Hope Counseling can provide clients a receipt to use when working with their insurance provider, but clients are responsible for communication between themselves and the insurance provider. 

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards (including HSA & FSA cards) as forms of payment. Payment is expected at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

You therapist reserves your session time just for you. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
